The Co-Creator of Call of Duty, Has Passed Away in a Los Angeles Vehicle Accident
The visionary game developer, renowned for co-creating the immensely successful franchise Call of Duty, has passed away in a car accident in Los Angeles, California at the age of 55.
His passing was announced by Electronic Arts, which owns Respawn Entertainment, the development studio he co-founded.
The celebrated industry figure passed away following his vehicle was involved in a crash and was engulfed in flames on a motorway in LA on Sunday, US media outlets report.
"We are facing a heartbreaking loss, and we stand with Vince's family, his family, and the countless individuals inspired by his legacy," an official with Electronic Arts commented.
